Clearing Consciousness from external hooks

I once read, that you at least have as many hooks in your system as the amount of people you meet in your life. Wether that is true or not in my case that would mean a lot of them in this and other lifetimes. Clearing your Consciousness, your Energybodies and your Lifefield from those hooks, creates a space in you that allows more of your true essence to come in. What does that mean? Imagine, that during your incarnational process and due to traumatic events, some parts of you decided not to come fully into this experience. Since that place can't stay empty in that reality hooks and other informational bits from other people or beings entered your system and some of them caused disorder. Not everything causes disorder.
