The path of purification
In this 2,5 hour workshop we want to invite you to dive deeper into consciousness.
Heidi will guide you into the field, exploring body sensations that can be sensed by shifting the focus between your physical manifestation and your presence in the field. A short lay-down part with music will allow your body to fully surrender into the experience.
Sri will help you to even go further into the process drawing on aspects of the ancient Kundalini Kriya Yoga system, we will dive deeper in the subtle channels & centers with the light body. Through breath, mantra, inner sight and movement we will be able to follow the energy deeper into the spine in order to purify our biological system and allow consciousness to be more present in us.
