About the event

Time:  Saturday, 2pm-7pm (includes 2 Activations, personal clearings and group clearings)

Price: 111 Euros 

Please bring: 

• Yoga mats are available
• Comfortable clothes are recommended
• A bottle of water is advisable
• Furthermore it is recommended to eat nothing or only something light 2 hours before the session.

Please note: Pregnant women and people who take drugs or strong psychotropic medication are not advised to do this.
