About the event

Time:  Saturday, 15:00 - 17:30 ( 1 activation), Sunday, 10:00 - 16:00 (2 activations)

Price: Saturday Open Class 50 Euro (1 Activation), Sunday 2 Activations (100 Euro), Full weekend: 140 Euro.

Please bring:

• Yoga mats are available
• Comfortable clothes are recommended
• A bottle of water is advisable
• Furthermore it is recommended to eat nothing or only something light 2 hours before the session.

Please note: Pregnant women and people who take drugs or strong psychotropic medication are not advised to do this.
